Meet the Founder

Anutosh Ghosh is the Founder and Director of GroArche Learning Solutions, a people-development consultancy committed to creating meaningful behavioral transformation through experiential learning.

With over 16 years of corporate experience across organizations such as Wipro and Deloitte, Anutosh has led global projects, managed cross-functional teams, partnered with senior stakeholders, and contributed to business growth across technology and healthcare domains. These experiences gave him first-hand insight into an important reality: while technical expertise may open doors, it is communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and collaboration that determine long-term professional success.

This realization inspired him to establish GroArche Learning Solutions, where every learning intervention is designed to move beyond knowledge transfer and create practical, lasting behavioral change.

A Certified Facili-Trainer (CFTP) and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), Anutosh specializes in designing experiential learning journeys that combine facilitation, reflection, simulations, role-plays, and Group Wisdom Harvesting to help participants learn by doing rather than simply listening.

Today, he partners with corporate organizations, educational institutions, government bodies, and professionals to strengthen workplace communication, leadership effectiveness, team collaboration, executive presence, and interview readiness.

His facilitation philosophy is simple:
